I have used this company on several occasions, while redecorating/renovating our "new to us" home. They have been prompt in answering questions, the products have been provided as ordered, are well made, and well priced. Delivery has been faster than expected on every occasion. To date they've made us two custom roman shades, and throw pillows. I intend to have them make us draperies in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and expect to use them again in the near future.
